Split body pneumatic flanged ball valve
Two-piece cast stainless body with ANSI Class 150 / 300 or JIS 10K / 20K flanges, and a rack-and-pinion actuator on the ISO 5211 pad. Full port, PTFE seats, 1/2″ to 4″.
Air on top, flanges in the line.
The F-2M series is the actuated build of our flanged ball valve: the same two-piece cast stainless body, with a rack-and-pinion air actuator bolted straight onto the ISO 5211 pad. No bracket, no coupling, nothing to align — the actuator sits on the valve, and the assembly stays short enough to drop into a skid.
Four flange classes share one body design: ASME Class 150 (F-2BM), ASME Class 300 (F-2DM), JIS 10K (F-2KM) and JIS 20K (F-2EM). ASME Class 150 (F-2BM) and JIS 10K (F-2KM) are made in nine sizes: 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, 2″, 2-1/2″, 3″ and 4″. ASME Class 300 (F-2DM) and JIS 20K (F-2EM) are made in eight: 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/2″, 2″, 2-1/2″, 3″ and 4″, with no 1-1/4″. ASME and JIS flanges do not bolt together — a 4″ JIS 10K flange has a 175 mm bolt circle against 190 mm on a 4″ ASME Class 150 — so tell us which standard the pipeline uses and we build the matching valve.
The body is two-piece. When a seat wears, the body bolts apart and the ball and seats come out; the flanges never leave the pipeline. On abrasive or high-cycle service that is the difference between a seat kit and a new valve. Bodies are ASTM A351 castings in CF8 (304) or CF8M (316), with PTFE seats.
Actuators run double acting or spring return on a 4–8 bar supply. Double acting uses air both ways and holds its last position if air is lost; spring return moves to a preset position — say whether that should be open or closed. Solenoid valves, limit switch boxes and positioners mount on the same assembly.
Need the pilot valve as well? Our solenoid valve for pneumatic actuators is NAMUR direct mount, bolts straight onto this actuator, and ships assembled and tested with the valve.

Where it gets used
Every valve leak tested.
Each unit is checked for leakage before shipment.
Can I use a JIS 10K valve on an ASME Class 150 line?
No. The bolt circles differ — 175 mm against 190 mm on a 4″ flange — and the holes do not line up. Tell us which standard the pipeline uses; we build both.
Double acting or spring return — which should I choose?
Double acting uses air to open and air to close, and holds its last position if the air supply fails. Spring return uses air one way and a spring the other, so it drives to a preset position when air is lost. Specify whether that position is open or closed.
Does the actuator need a mounting bracket?
No. The valve carries an ISO 5211 pad on top and the actuator bolts straight onto it — nothing to machine, nothing to align.
What air supply does the actuator need?
Clean dry air at 4–8 bar (58–116 psi).
Is it full bore?
Yes. The bore matches the nominal size on every build, so pressure drop stays negligible.
What sizes are available?
1/2″ to 4″ in all four flange classes. The direct-mount body is built to 4″.
How do I get a price?
Send the size, flange standard (ASME 150 / 300 or JIS 10K / 20K), body material, action (DA or SR) and quantity.
