Custom valve manufacturer in Taiwan: ball valves built to your drawing for semiconductor fabs

How a programme runs

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Send a drawing, a part number, or just the requirement — product type, size, material, quantity. If you are not sure which build fits, describe the application and we will work from there.

  2. 02

    We review and quote

We read the drawing and quote against it. Where a feature is awkward to cast or machine, we say so and suggest an alternative — or we build exactly to your print if that is what you want.

  3. 03

    Sample before production

Samples in two to three weeks. Tooling cost is quoted case by case, depending on what the part needs. Nothing goes to production until you have approved the sample.

  4. 04

    Production and paperwork

Every valve is leak tested before it ships — 100%, not a sample from the batch. A dimensional inspection report and a mill test report for the body material are available on request; tell us at order time.

Marking & packaging

Under your own name, too

Laser marking, stamping, labels and printed cartons — all to your artwork. The valve leaves here already looking like your product, not ours.

Assemblies

Pneumatic actuator fitted here, not by you

Rack-and-pinion aluminium actuators, double acting and spring return, ISO 5211 mounting, 4–7 bar air. Solenoid valves, limit switch boxes and positioners are fitted at our plant, so the assembly arrives tested and boxed as one item.

Materials

Not limited to our standard line

The standard line is stainless — CF8 and CF8M. If your drawing calls for a different material, including carbon steel, send it over and we will quote it.

Semiconductor

Built for semiconductor fabs

Our longest-running custom programme is for a semiconductor wafer fab. It has run for ten years. The valves are fully custom: every part of the valve is to the fab's own drawing, not adapted from our standard line.

We do not name the customer and we do not publish their drawing. What we can say is how the work runs. The fab sends the specification. We cast and machine to it, leak-test every valve, and ship with the inspection paperwork they ask for.

If your fab or your equipment line needs a ball valve that no catalogue carries, that is the kind of job we are set up for.

Before you send a drawing

Questions buyers ask us first

Do you take fully custom designs, or only changes to a standard valve?
Both. Our longest custom programme, for a semiconductor wafer fab, has run for ten years on valves built entirely to the customer's drawing. Send the print and we will quote against it.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Your drawings and specifications stay yours. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send anything sensitive.
Can I buy a sample first?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Samples are charged for. Most buyers take a piece before committing to a programme.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the model and the marking, so we settle it in the quote rather than posting one number that fits nothing.
Who pays for tooling?
It is quoted case by case. What the part needs decides it, so we put it in writing with the rest of the quote.

Send a part number, a spec sheet or a photo. We will price it.
