Own foundry, own assembly floor, running since 1995. When you send a specification it is priced by the people who will actually make the part.
From a machining shop to a valve plant
We began as a precision CNC machining workshop, cutting parts to tight tolerances for other manufacturers. That machining background became the advantage: in 1995 the plant was set up to build its own product — stainless steel ball valves — and the same precision work went into them.
The range grew in-house — one-piece, two-piece, three-piece, flanged, three-way and sanitary builds, each worked on for sealing, durability and batch-to-batch consistency. As customer systems became automated we added pneumatic actuation, so a valve can leave here already assembled and ready to install.
Today the plant runs precision machining, its own foundry, valve development and actuator assembly on one site. That combination is what lets us take on custom work — including ball valves built to spec for facility piping in semiconductor and hi-tech plants. It is also why OEM and ODM projects fit us: the machining, the casting and the assembly are all decisions we make here.
