Questions we get asked first

It depends on the model and the marking. A plain stock item and a laser-marked private-label run are not the same job, so we settle the minimum in the quote rather than posting one number that fits nothing.

Regular items ship from stock. A thread we do not hold, a grade outside the line, or a build to your print is made to order and quoted per job. Each product page says which grade and thread we keep ready for that series.

It depends on the item — some samples are free, others are charged. Ask when you enquire and we will tell you which applies.

Yes. Laser marking, stamping, labels and printed cartons to your artwork.

The standard line is CF8 and CF8M — cast 304 and cast 316. Custom orders are not limited to those two: if your drawing calls for another material, including carbon steel, we will quote it. A mill test report for the body material is available on request; tell us at order time and it ships with the goods.

ISO 9001 and CE. That is the complete list. If a certificate is not named here, we do not hold it.

Yes. Send the drawing with your enquiry and we will quote it. We cast, machine and assemble on our own floor, so the answer comes back from the people who would make it.

T/T: 30% deposit with the order, 70% before shipment.
