Flanged ball valve
Two-piece cast stainless body with ANSI Class 150 / 300 or JIS 10K / 20K flanges. Full port, PTFE seats, 1/2″ to 8″.
Built to hold, built to last.
A flanged ball valve bolts into the line instead of screwing in, so on anything much past two inches it is the standard choice: no wrench torque on the pipe, and the valve comes out for service by unbolting two flanges — the pipework stays where it is. The F-2 series is a two-piece stainless steel flanged ball valve cast in-house, machined and assembled as one build in four flange classes: ANSI Class 150, ANSI Class 300, JIS 10K and JIS 20K.
Class 150 and JIS 10K run twelve sizes — 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, 2″, 2-1/2″, 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″ and 8″. Class 300 and JIS 20K cover 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/2″, 2″, 2-1/2″, 3″ and 4″. Every size is full port, so the bore matches the pipe: pressure loss stays negligible and lines that get pigged or flushed pass clean through. Bodies are ASTM A351 castings in your choice of CF8 (304) or CF8M (316), with PTFE seats, gaskets and stem packing throughout.
A JIS flanged ball valve is hard to source from ANSI-only suppliers — our 10K and 20K builds serve Japanese-standard plants, marine yards and equipment importers; the ANSI builds drop into US-standard process lines. We supply both as a flanged ball valve manufacturer in Taiwan — OEM programs, private label and one-off replacements alike. Need automation? Automated versions built on the same castings are available on request.

Where it gets used
Every valve leak tested.
Each unit is checked for leakage before shipment.
ANSI or JIS — which one do I need?
Match the flange standard of the mating pipe or equipment. US-standard plants run ANSI Class 150 or 300; Japanese-standard equipment and shipyard piping run JIS 10K or 20K. All four are machined in-house on the same body design.
What is the difference between Class 150 and Class 300?
They are ANSI pressure classes: a Class 300 valve has a thicker flange with a different bolt pattern and carries a higher pressure rating than Class 150 at the same size. Pick the class your line is designed to — the two do not bolt together.
Is it full bore?
Yes. The bore matches the nominal size on every build — a 2″ valve has a 50 mm bore, an 8″ valve 200 mm — so pigs and flush media pass straight through with negligible pressure drop.
Can I get material certificates?
Yes — mill certificates for the castings are available on request with your order.
How do I get a flanged ball valve price?
Send the size, flange standard (ANSI 150 / 300 or JIS 10K / 20K), body material and quantity. We quote as a manufacturer — OEM programs and private label included.
