Pneumatic 3 piece ball valve — ISO 5211 direct mount
Three-piece pneumatic ball valve — seats replaced in line, rack-and-pinion actuator on an ISO 5211 pad, double acting or spring return. Threaded, socket weld or butt weld ends, 3/8″ to 4″.
Built to hold, built to last.
A pneumatic 3 piece ball valve for industrial fluid piping: full-port three-piece body in cast 316 stainless (ASTM A351 CF8M), a rack-and-pinion actuator on an ISO 5211 pad, rated 1000 WOG. Sizes 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, 2″, 2-1/2″, 3″ and 4″; choose double acting (DA) or spring return (SR), with an air supply of 4–8 bar.
The three-piece construction is what keeps this automated ball valve cheap to own. Undo the body bolts and the centre section — ball, seats and stem, with the actuator still attached — comes out of the line for service. Seats and seals are replaced without cutting pipe or demounting the actuator, so a worn seat is a spare-parts job, not a replacement valve.
With socket weld or butt weld ends, the body welds into the line first and the actuator mounts after — pneumatic components never see welding heat. Threaded bodies come with PT, NPT or PF threads.
The valve section carries a blow-out proof stem, live-loaded PTFE seats and a Viton stem O-ring, and runs −20°C to +180°C.

Need the pilot valve as well? Our solenoid valve for pneumatic actuators is NAMUR direct mount, bolts straight onto this actuator, and ships assembled and tested with the valve.

Where it gets used
Every valve leak tested.
Each unit is checked for leakage before shipment.
Double Acting (DA) or Spring Return (SR) — which should I choose?
DA uses air to open and to close, and holds its last position if air is lost. SR drives to its preset position — open or closed, chosen at order time — whenever air fails. If the line must fail to a known state, take SR.
Can I replace the seats without cutting the valve out of the line?
Yes — that is the point of the three-piece body. Undo the body bolts, take the centre section out with the actuator still mounted, change the seats and seals, and bolt it back.
What air supply does the actuator need?
Clean dry air at 4–8 bar (58–116 psi).
What does ISO 5211 mean?
A standard mounting pattern between valve and actuator. This valve carries F03–F10 pads depending on size, so the actuator bolts on directly — no bracket — and any ISO 5211 actuator fits the same pad.
Which end connections are available?
Threaded (PT, NPT or PF), socket weld, and butt weld — same body, chosen at order time. Each end type has its own dimension sheet above.
Can I add a solenoid valve or limit switch box?
Yes. Solenoid valves, limit switch boxes and positioners mount on the actuator — tell us what your control system needs when you inquire.
