Sanitary ball valve
Three-piece body with Tri-Clamp ferrules or extended OD-tube ends. Unbolts in place, so seats and ball come out without cutting the line.
Built to hold, built to last.
A sanitary ball valve in the three-piece pattern: a centre body between two AISI 316 caps, held by four bolts, with the ball, seats and stem serviceable once the bolts come out.
End connections come two ways on the same body. V-3N carries Tri-Clamp ferrules — the joint opens with a clamp, no tools, so the valve comes apart for manual cleaning and inspection between batches. V-3N-L3 carries extended OD-tube ends for butt welding into the line, with the extra length acting as a heat sink so welding does not cook the PTFE seats.
Eight sizes: 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/2″, 2″, 2-1/2″, 3″ and 4″. Every one is full port, with the bore matched to the tube inner diameter, rated 1000 WOG.
Body and ball are investment-cast A351 CF8M — the cast form of 316 — with an A276 Gr. 316 stem and PTFE seats, gaskets and packing. The lever carries a locking plate. If the line is automated, the V-3NM high-mount build takes an ISO 5211 actuator directly.

Every valve leak tested.
Each unit is checked for leakage before shipment.
Tri-Clamp or weld ends — how do I choose?
Tri-Clamp ferrules open with a clamp, no tools — pick them where the valve comes off the line for cleaning or changeover. The extended OD-tube ends weld permanently into the line, and the extra length keeps weld heat away from the PTFE seats.
How is the valve cleaned?
By taking it apart. The clamp ends open without tools, and the three-piece body unbolts in place, so the ball, seats and gaskets can be cleaned or replaced between batches.
Which sizes are available?
Eight sizes: 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/2″, 2″, 2-1/2″, 3″ and 4″ — every one full port, with the bore matched to the tube inner diameter.
Can it be automated?
Yes — the V-3NM and V-3NM-L3 builds carry an ISO 5211 high-mount pad, so a quarter-turn actuator bolts on directly. Say so in your inquiry and we will quote that build.
What are the wetted materials?
Body and ball are investment-cast A351 CF8M, the caps are AISI 316, the stem is A276 Gr. 316, and the seats, gaskets and packing are PTFE.
