Vacuum Ball Valve — ISO-K Flange DN80 / DN100, Manual & Pneumatic
Two-piece 316 body with ISO-K clamp flanges, ISO80 or ISO100. Manual lever (V-2V) or pneumatic actuator (V-2BN-ISOK), double acting or spring return.
Built to hold, built to last.
A vacuum ball valve puts a quarter-turn ball inside a two-piece 316 body, with an ISO-K clamp flange on each end — undo the claw clamps and the valve drops straight into a standard ISO-K line. No threads, no welding.
Two sizes: ISO80 (DN80, 3″) and ISO100 (DN100, 4″). Match the flange your line already runs — both are stock.
The seats and the vacuum seals are PTFE, in a body investment-cast from A351 CF8M. A PTFE-seated ball wipes itself as it turns, which is why ball valves hold up on rough and medium vacuum lines that carry dust or process residue — coating rigs, degassing chambers, pump forelines.
Two operations share this page. The manual V-2V carries a lever with a latch lock — no air, no power. The pneumatic V-2BN-ISOK mounts an aluminium-alloy actuator on an ISO 5211 pad, double acting (DA) or spring return (SR), for vacuum sequences that run on a signal. Same body, same flanges, same seats — pick the operation when you send your inquiry.

Built for essential flow control.
Every valve leak tested.
Each unit is checked for leakage before shipment.
ISO80 or ISO100 — which one should I order?
Match the ISO-K flange size your line already uses: ISO80 is DN80 (3″), ISO100 is DN100 (4″). Both are stock — state the size when you request a quote.
What is an ISO-K flange?
A clamp-style vacuum flange standard for larger bores. The flange edge is grooved so claw clamps grip it, sealing on a centering ring — no threads, no welding, and the joint opens quickly for maintenance.
Can this valve be automated?
Yes — the pneumatic build (V-2BN-ISOK) on this page mounts an aluminium-alloy actuator on an ISO 5211 pad, double acting or spring return. The manual V-2V stays lever-only, with no actuator pad.
What about smaller KF sizes?
KF sizes from NW16 to NW50 run on our three-piece vacuum ball valve. Tell us every flange size on the line and we will quote them together.
How deep a vacuum can it hold?
Ball valves with PTFE seats are used on rough and medium vacuum lines. Tell us your operating pressure and medium, and we will confirm the fit for your system.
Double acting or spring return — which should I choose?
DA uses air to open and to close, and holds its last position if air is lost. SR drives to its preset position — open or closed, chosen at order time — whenever air fails. If the vacuum system must fail to a known state, take SR.
